RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on eBooks!

Because it is theoretically impossible to return an electronic book without guarantee that it has not been downloaded for future use, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us before you purchase an e-book at customerservice@keithpublications.com.

When you purchase an e-book from KP you are stating that you are fully aware of the fact that the download link will be sent to you via email and not printed, on CD, DVD or any type of media. You are legally permitted to copy the download onto a hard drive, CD, DVD or e-reader for your own personal use ONLY.

We DO NOT replace e-books in the event of a hard drive crash, starched or broken disk. It is the responsibility of the customer to save them onto disk drive, CD, DVD or e-reader. We do not make exceptions under any circumstances.

We DO NOT exchange e-books previously purchased in one format with another format. We do not make exceptions under any circumstances.

It is ILLEGAL to send an e-book or distribute in any manor to other individuals anywhere on the internet or offline for public consumption. You may not print copies for distribution. You may not convert e-books to other languages for distribution. By purchasing an KP e-book you are legally swearing not to take part in any of the aforementioned illegal practices. Please note the fact that KP will prosecute e-book thieves. If you know of someone who is distributing e-books illegally report it customerservice@keithpublications.com.
